  Nice introduction with pictures and easy explanation.

• Software Process Modeling with System Dynamics
  Raymond Madachy and Barry Boehm's page.
  It includes draft version of "Software Process Dynamics" book to be published this year from IEEE. Dr. Modachy also provides lecture materials offered in SCU. They are very good to understand basics.

• Software Process Modeling at Arizona State University
  There are some PDF/DOC files about software process simulation. Some documents are good for understanding basics.

• Road Maps: A Guide to Learning System Dynamics
  MIT's system dynamics group's materials. This is general introduction for System Dynamics and Systems Thinking.
